	e-Books-Terms of Service- End User License Agreement-EOLSS Authors/Editors The e-Book including all content and documentation , if any, delivered with it that are attached to or accompanied by this End User License Agreement --------------------------------------------("Licensed e-Book") to which you have contributed as an EOLSS Editor/Author ("Editor/Author"), is being provided to you by UNESCO-EOLSS ("Publisher") for perusal before final production. That is, you are granted free of charge, personal and noncommercial use of Licensed e-Book according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. EOLSS e-Books contain copyrighted material. Your use of the Licensed e-Book constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions set forth in this License Agreement. Please read the entire License Agreement carefully. The Publisher agrees to grant, and the user of the e-Book agrees to accept, a nonexclusive license to download, install and use the e-Book under the following terms and conditions. Your use of the Licensed e-Book indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 1) THE LICENSE AND CONDITIONS Publisher grants you a personal non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Licensed e-Book. You may reproduce and store portions of the Licensed e-Book content for your personal use for a temporary period, and noncommercial use. During this period, some of the user's interactions with the document may be monitored by Adobe Document Center.Full-scale reproduction of book contents is expressly prohibited. You may not use the Licensed e-Book in more than three computers concurrently, make or distribute unauthorized copies of the Licensed e-Book, create by decompilation or otherwise the source code of the Licensed e-Book, or use, copy, modify, or transfer the Licensed e-Book, in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement. 2) TERMS OF USE a) You agree to protect the Licensed e-Book from unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution. You further agree not to translate, decompile, or disassemble the Licensed e-Book. b) You will notify Publisher of any known or suspected unauthorized use of the ebook c) Publisher reserves the right to modify, add or remove content, features and functionality of the Licensed e-Book at the publisher's sole discretion. d) You acknowledge that the use of the Licensed e-Book is for your personal use only. Multi-use configurations or network distribution of the Licensed e-Book is expressly prohibited. 3) COPYRIGHT The entire contents of the Licensed e-Book and other material available through your registration are protected by copyright, unless otherwise indicated. Full-scale copying or verbatim reproduction of Licensed e-Book contents is expressly prohibited. You may not remove, delete, transmit or create derivative works from any of the Licensed e-Book content. No part of any chapter of any book may be transmitted in any form by any means or reproduced for any other purpose, without the prior written permission from Publisher except as permitted under relevant fair dealing provisions. Any other use violates this Agreement and is strictly prohibited. All interfaces, look and feel, navigation schemes, designs and functions of the Licensed e-Book are the property of Publisher and may not be copied or reproduced or used in derivative works. 4) DISCLAIMER THE LICENSED e-Book IS PROVIDED "AS A DRAFT YET TO BE FINALIZED FOR PUBLICATION", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE LICENSED e-Book. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE USE OF THIS SERVICE IS ENTIRLY AT YOUR OWN RISK. This Agreement is governed by English law. You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
